# How it continues...

So I'll give a brief update on what all the subteam leads of each track have to say. I'll start with the most important. The product managers.
Product management documentation
"After the onboarding into Start-up 21, it was suggested that the different tracks be categorized
into sub-teams. At the beginning of the project (6th, June 2022), we had eight people in the
product management team.
While brainstorming for the product's name has been done and concluded, we moved to
discuss our objectives as product managers of the project. This includes;
1. Overseeing the business aspect of this product.
2. Overseeing the user aspect and the technical aspect.
3. Creating the business strategy for this product.
4. Coming up with the product vision (what do we want to achieve with this product?)
5. Creating the Product Roadmap: Features for the website
6. Delivery and launching of the product.
On the 7th of June 2022, after establishing our objectives, we worked towards creating a list of
the (basic) features our product will entail.
June 8, 2022, the team lead highlighted deliverables for the product management team. These
include; creating user personas, writing the product requirement document and creating the user
flow."

Then I'll say what the elite engineer and developer said.
"Setting up a Github account and how mai(chimp works(TASK 1)
I'm A frontend developer and the sub-team lead -for my project. We as a group were given a task to set up a github account. We were asked to create a one-page (landing page with a newsletter that connects to mai(chimp.
We divided the task into 3 sections.
The first task was to open a new github account with our company email which was a straightforward process and we created a new repository
The second task was to open a free account on mail (chimp. Mail(chimp has different packages but we used the free package for this task.
Mail(chimp is an ad—in—one marketing platform that helps you manage and talk to your direct customers, and other interested parties.
The third task was to create one page (anding page. This (landing page is coming soon page that let's possible users for our website anticipate the product until final delivery.
The (landing page contained basic Html tags and (links(headers paragraphs forms and first). This was not so difficult to build as it was just a basic page.
We G(so added newsletter section. This section was (linked with the mail(chimp. The newsletter is supposed to take in the user's email and collate it together on mail(chimp. This was not something we were taught but with the help of Google. We looked for videos on how to connect mail(chimp to our website.
One of the major advantages we enjoyed working as a team was that dividing the task made the work faster. We also learnt how to embed mail(chimp into our website using tutorials online."
After hearing what the developer said. The next one is the customer relationship manager.
"The Customer Relationship Management team for the startup-21 boot camp team was created
on the 6th of June 2022.
The first thing was to familiarize ourselves with each of our teammates as well as the role we
were going to play in the building of this project.
On Tuesday 7th of June, 2:00 PM, we had our first meeting, via a slack huddle or call, where we
discussed our research and plans to move forward. We intended to survey to garner
feedback from potential customers to find out what they would like to see on a website such as
the one we intend to build, based on the performance of already existing businesses.
On Wednesday 8th of June, our first set of deliverables and actions were given to us. We
realized the survey we wanted to carry out would no longer be necessary as that was one of the
actions our marketing team was asked to take.
We were required to pick out a suitable CRM software, Create a Tawk. to account as well as
come up with a set of likely FAQs for us to answer to support the Frontend Team as they
create landing pages. The tasks were distributed evenly and work was promptly begun.
By the end of the day, we had a Tawk account set up already, and the software (Zoho CRM) was
chosen and research for the likely FAQ was underway.
Thursday 9th of June, the first draft of the FAQ, unanswered, was shown to the group of
subteam leads for approval. Her suggestions were made and the lead of the Frontend team
was asked to vet the technical questions. Once the okay was given the team reconvened to
provide suitable answers to the questions and make adjustments where necessary.
Friday 10th of June, the final draft of the FAQ was made ready and handed over to the Frontend
team at exactly 11:20 am. This was the final action that needed to be taken this week.
-Team Lead, Customer Relationship Management."

Then the most exciting aspect is that of digital marketing and content creation. Which is my team.
Here's what the subteam lead said.
"On the 8th of June 2021, we created our brand’s
motto-Tasty food, speedy delivery with a flier done by the graphics
design team.
The digital marketing team forged ahead with a marketing
research strategy in the form of a survey which was created and
shared across different social media platforms to get
answers to their consumer need. They also created a social media
email for the brand which is swiftfoods87@gmail.com which will
be used for complaints, reports and newsletters.
On the 9th of June, the team discussed the creation of social
media pages for the brand on Twitter Instagram and Facebook
which will be managed by their creators with the use of online
management tools.
The brand’s logo was decided on by the entire band members. The
The team lead divided the projects to be worked on among the group
members and they were to be worked on and submitted under 24
hours. They created the marketing strategy, email campaigns, and social
media contents, campaign goals, media mix selection and budgeting and the content calendar all on the 10th of June.
Keywords in terms of SEO ranking were also carefully selected and
inserted into the content calendar including the CTA’s.All
delegated assignment in the project was worked on and sent in by
8 pm on the 10th of June."
